Our background is deep in underwriting, valuations and acquisition of real estate and real estate securities on behalf of both managed funds and clients. We utilize these same skills gained over our nearly thirty years of experience to provide advisory services re: buy hold sell analysis and liquidity alternatives.

Provides liquidity for distressed sellers of real estate equity and debt through innovative real estate investment structures;
Track record of managing affiliated investment funds to provide liquidity to sellers of real estate equity and debt securities.
Offers a variety of real estate advisory services to solve portfolio structuring problems and preserve or enhance value.
Works closely to advise unaffiliated clients on restructuring, workouts and recapitalization.

As the manager of Apex Investment Funds, we will seek to acquire:

Equity holdings, including general partnership and limited partnership interests, thinly traded and non-listed real estate securities, and direct holdings in real estate through joint ventures as the operating member or investing member, and
Debt investments, including purchasing REIT debt, and other debt collateralized by real estate.
