Access to the Investor Portal is limited to those who have been provided the password by Apex Real Estate Advisors or its Agents. This information is confidential and cannot be provided to any other parties than those that have been given access.

By entering the Investor Portal those entering have acknowledged and agreed to all of the following terms and proscriptions. Thus, anyone accessing the Investor Portal has agreed to do so with the provision that these materials are for Broker Dealer use only or as supplements to the Private Placement Offering Memorandum. Nothing that is contained in the Investor Portal can be construed to be an offer or solicitation to invest. Investment can only be made pursuant to the private placement memorandum. Any investment made is made solely by virtue of the representations in the Private Placement Memorandum.
